OUR GUARANTEE

We want you to love your new wig or hair piece, so if you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. Please
note, though, that restrictions apply, and that Clearance and Final Sale items may
not be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns under strict provisions.
Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you
are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email,
stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. And ask the customer
service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission.
We may not receive your return goods. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items
must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via
a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please also pay
attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance items are
not returnable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing
your order.

REFUNDS

Our items are non-refundable after 24hrs of placing orders. However, if cancelled within
24 hours after payment, you will get a full refund. If it is after 24 hours we will offer a
credit to your account or exchange for equal value upon return of goods. You should
state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the
reason for the return. Refund request will not be accepted without prior approval from
Customer Service. Clearance items will not be refunded. You will receive a confirmation
email once the transaction has been completed. If you have any questions or wish to
discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN PROCESS

Specific explanation and a clear corresponding photograph are needed to tell us the
reason for the return. Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned
goods to process your refund, credit or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email
once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the
funds to reflect on your account. If you have any questions or wish to discuss the
returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

CHANGE POLICY

Sale: We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers. If you would like to
change your order details, we will change for you depending on the process of
production.
 Items can be changed before production. We will change for you according to
your request. If the changed item price more than original item price, you will pay
the price difference. If the changed item price is less than original item price, you
will get a credit on your account for the difference.
 Items cannot be changed after production. If choose to keep the original item, we
will continue the production.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that ordering a wig for your appearance is an important undertaking,
However, it is important to note that custom-made wigs cannot be canceled once the
production process begins because of the incurring labor and material costs. All other
orders including custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Clearance items cannot be canceled. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies
below for details.
