The Trevor is a versatile full cap wig for men. It features a 1/2-inch French lace front graduated into skin and Fine mono filament. This gives the Trevor strength where it’s needed and the all-important natural hairline. Traditional features in the back make the Trevor flexible for easy fitting.
Trevor, Full cap, full cranial base, 1/2” French T-Lace front without hair followed 3/4 ” of French Lace with Hair, and behind 1” PU Glass Silk from ear to ear over the top. Center is m-mesh from top to nape area. Back is made with a soft wig mesh for comfort and adjustable mesh and elastic. Special weft for control at the nape area. The nape is finished with a removable tap tab. Two wires stay in each ear tabs.

It is the 1st generation base material that was used to manufacture a man’s hairpiece.
As you will note in the pictures of the stock samples, the outer perimeter is commonly polyurethane, also known as PU or Glass Silk.
The perimeter is usually 1″ wide which aligns perfectly with the width of two-sided toupee tape. Or it could vary in size up to 2″ to allow a stock 8×10 hairpiece to be easily cut-down to a smaller base size.
